Who We Are:
Phenomenal Woman Phenomenally YOU (PWPY) is a purpose-driven nonprofit
organization that empowers women to heal from trauma and setbacks, rediscover their worth, and boldly pursue the life they were created to live. Since 2009, we’ve walked alongside women in transition—from the homeless shelter to the boardroom—providing a safe, nurturing space for self-discovery, spiritual growth, and professional development. Our programs are rooted in faith, fueled by purpose, and designed to unlock the gifts within every woman. Whether birthing a business, writing a book, establishing an organization, or simply learning to love oneself again, PWPY exists to transform lives from the inside out—one phenomenal woman at a time.

Phenomenal Woman Phenomenal YOU seeks to bring hope to women living in hopelessness. As unique as our Father has created us, each lady comes to us with a special set of needs. We strive to minister to each lady’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through visits at shelters, conferences, one-on-one counseling, forums, and alternative career training programs.

Phenomenal Woman Phenomenally YOU (PWPY) is committed to transforming the
lives of women from the inside out. Our mission is to help women push past their ‘IT,’ give themselves permission to succeed, and unleash the gifts that God has invested in them. We guide women on a holistic journey of healing and empowerment through five
core principles:
Support women in transforming themselves and giving back to others – Walking
with women as they evolve—birthing businesses, ministries, books, and renewed
lives. Through this process, women develop businesses, establish organizations, and write books—birthing purpose and leaving a legacy.
- Embrace the woman within – Helping women reconnect with their true identity and God-given worth.
- Inspire women to push through life-happening trauma or setbacks – Motivating women to move forward despite pain or past trauma or setbacks.
- Equip women with personal and professional development – Providing tools, training, and experiences that promote healing and success.
- Empower women to take action and achieve their goals – Encouraging bold, faith- driven steps toward fulfilling goals and purpose.

Meet The Founder Marviette Usher
Although I love Information Technology and thoroughly enjoy the time invested in my career, I have a very strong belief & desire to impact the lives of women I come into contact with. My ultimate desire is to see strong and independent women experience an abundantly fulfilled life and unveil any hidden talents, gifts, & abilities. I have been commissioned to equip women by encouraging, motivating, and inspiring them to see themselves as the peculiar, unique, beautifully and wonderfully made creation of their Phenomenal God. I am very elated that I surrendered to my “greater purpose” and the realization that I was made for more and desires to see the same for other women!
